About me
Shaping ideas into experiences
that feel clear and intuitive.
Studying Interaction Design was not always an obvious path for me. I started my education at a German lower secondary school and studying at university was always a personal goal of mine. Through further education and my training as a graphic designer, I eventually found my way to Interaction Design at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd.
Today, I am interested not only in how something looks, but especially in how people interact with it. I am particularly interested in medical and social topics and how design can make complex situations easier to understand and access. I believe good design should support people and give everyone the chance to participate, no matter how familiar they are with technology.

About the concept
Public services are part of everyday life and should support people instead of creating barriers. This speculative design concept explores a future where public services are simpler, easier to understand, and designed around people’s needs.

Bureaucratic barriers
Bureaucracy should help people find their way, but often makes things more difficult. Long processes, difficult language and repeated forms make it harder to get important services. This can be especially difficult for people who are new to a country. Instead of making integration easier, bureaucracy can become another challenge.
Design approach
Closer to everyday life
Instead of creating another administrative service, the concept uses technologies and interactions that are already part of everyday digital life. The goal was not to add another process, but to rethink existing processes from the user’s perspective.
Interaction
Proactive support
Today, administration often only starts when people take action themselves. Our concept takes a different approach. The assistant recognizes upcoming administrative tasks early, reminds users of important steps in time and guides them through the entire process. This helps people stay prepared and take action before time pressure becomes a problem.
In use
From principles to process
The scenario does not see administration as a single task that people have to manage again and again. Instead, it becomes a process that works in the background and offers support at the right moment. The main question is how administration could change if digital tools were designed more around people and their everyday lives. Instead of creating new barriers, technology should reduce complexity and only come into focus when it is actually needed. This makes administration feel less like an additional task and more like a natural part of everyday life.
